Mould design profiles management

1. At the beginning of mold design, we will send 3D data to the customer, after customer confirmed, then we can arrange production and processing.

2. When mould finish and shipment, we will sent all 3D and 2D drawing together with mould.

3. We will save all customer files, all data for mould making.

We mainly use UG to design product and mold, and the data transformation between the various design software. We can skillfully use Moldflow to make CAE analysis, mainly analyzing the gate location, injection pressure, warping deformation, etc., to make evaluation and optimization for design, before processing and manufacturing and Reduce the potential for design errors, shorten the product development cycle, reduce development costs.
